• We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. Service Restrictions & Prohibited Activities

The following uses are strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

• Illegal content or activities

• Attacks, scanning, fraud, or any malicious behavior

• Distribution of malware or spam

• Any activity that may disrupt network stability or security

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of service.

4. No Refund Policy (Important)

Starlink.cc does not provide refunds for any products, including but not limited to:

• Voluntary service cancellation

• Suspension or termination due to violation of this TOS

• Dissatisfaction due to IP quality, streaming media unlocking,network, routing, compatibility, or geographic reasons

Placing an order signifies your acceptance of this No Refund Policy.

5. Payment & Renewal

• You must pay all fees on time. Late payments may result in suspension or data deletion.

• Accepted payment methods are those listed on our website.

6. Data & Privacy

• You are fully responsible for your own data, including making backups.

• While we implement reasonable security measures, we are not liable for any data loss.

7. Support Scope

• We provide basic support (issues related to service availability).

• We do not provide in-depth assistance for third-party software installations or configurations.

8. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your service under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms

• Late or unpaid invoices

• Compliance with government or legal requirements

No refunds will be provided for terminated services.

9. Disclaimer

• Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
